Melvill & Moon is South Africa’s ‘retro’ safari brand. We manufacture a broad range of high-end handmade safari luggage, campaign furniture and safari accessories. Best known for our safari-style seat covers manufactured in South Africa for a wide range of 4X4 vehicles. They are the perfect addition for all kinds of overland and safari adventures. Made from 100% cotton canvas, no slip, no shine, child and dog friendly, waterproofed to SABS standards and fully washable. The combination of our signature heavy-duty canvas combined with leather and finished with solid brass fittings fits the handmade ‘to last’ ethos our company lives by.

We will be sitting comfortably on Melvill and Moon canvas seat covers, sporting a Melvill and Moon wheel cover with our clothes packed in Melvill and Moon Catalina bags. We have two fabulously comfortable field chairs, a side table, a hip bath and a wash basin. Additionally we will be carrying a Tool Bag, Toto Ladies cosmetic bag and a Steak knife and fork roll.
Voor-Paardeberg is Western Cape wine region that has all the charm of an undiscovered country landscape, yet is easily accessible, approximately 45 minutes’ drive from Cape Town. Vondeling's 100 Hectare vineyard run off the South-facing slopes of the Paardeberg Mountain, on decomposed granite soil and along with habitual afternoon South Westerly winds, give the wines a vibrancy in an otherwise warm climate area. Grapes grown are Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc, Grenache Blanc, Muscadel, Sauvignon Blanc, Viognier, Semillon and Roussanne for white wines;Cabernet Sauvignon, Carignan, Grenache Noir, Merlot, Mourvèdre and Shiraz for red.
Wine making is hands-on with minimal intervention - destemming and berry sorting is done by hand, natural fermentations, basket pressing, hand plunging, minimal filtering and no fining feature in the gentle approach. Wines are matured in French oak barrels.
Vondeling and its partner farm Vrymansfontein, has a beautifully appointed tasting room and restaurant, as well as a Wine Club offering discounts on wine and delivery and personal complimentary wine tastings. Conservation and sustainability, preserving and protecting the natural heritage of the land is borne out by a new 3km walking trail on Vondeling established to promote the rich biodiversity - indigenous flora, rich birdlife and fauna - to the public.

Built on the premises of passion, humility, sustainabilty and consideration for the customer, Six Dogs has expanded its range to four gins, a brandy and a wine, and its reach to 22 countries. The strap-line 'Born to explore" could not be more apt for our partnership.
